I saw dr. Smith in The District Heights office a few weeks ago and there are plethora of words that I could use to describe my experience there. To save space I'll just name a few informative, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, courteous, respectful and tactician. After the procedure - he recommended several exercises to continue with my recovery. I must say that treatment was effective for me- when I first went in I was functioning at about 20% and now- only a few weeks later- I am about 85%.
I am reconnecting with Dr. Jamar Smith, after seeing him in Annapolis. After having a major hemoragic fronto-parietal stroke in April, 2016, I have been treated by many Physical Therapists. Dr. Smith gets top marks. He is a skilled practitioner and beyond that, he is well-versed in many adjunct healing modalities. The depth of his knowledge is astounding! And he has a supportive, calming bedside manner. I wish you the best of luck in your healing journey, and I highly recommend that you make Dr. Smith a part of your journey.
