Kinney drugs Carthage is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with or even encountered very rude employees and the manager is the worst it's horrible 😡😡😡
This is, along with the Coffeen Street, Watertown NY store one of the absolute best drug stores in the state! Management along with sales are on point, and the pharmacy is fast and efficient. Refused to accept my Good Rx coupon for my prescription. Kinney Pharmacy tried to charge me almost $300 for my prescription. The Good Rx coupon would have made it affordable at about $60. Kinney’s denied me access to affordable medication and I went without. Unacceptable.
The worst pharmacy ever! Will not work with a patient to correct insurance issues. Lost our business 👎🏽
