So I recently lost my big brother, I am prescribed a controlled substance to make my days somewhat more manageable to deal with now that he is gone. I don’t even take this medication every day which they could probably easily see according to my prescribed and pick up dates. Since switching to Kinney's I have been very happy with their service. I've had some issues with prior auth and getting what my doctor ordered covered and Adam has been extremely understanding and helpful each time. I especially appreciate him for helping to make it work and avoid unnecessary stress on my body when other pharmacies couldn't help.

Have always had excellent service here. The people are friendly and helpful. In my experience, Kinney's is much cheaper than other free-standing chains. They are also more convenient than in-store pharmacies and, at least when compared to Wegmans far cheaper.
Always late on filling my Rx even with more than a weeks notice. Not very helpful or accommodating at all.
