I moved so I've had to switch kinney. I didn't even get a call or a text message notifying me that my medication was filled and ready for pickup. Though it's a further Drive I may just have to either go to the other one in Potsdam or go back to Canton
My doctor sent a prescription directly to the pharmacy. When I went to pick it up, I was initially told by a staff member that no prescription was on file. After I followed up, she then stated that there was a prescription, but that my insurance did not cover the medication because it is available over the counter.
