Wonderful staff, always very pleasant and helpful. However, the new AI phone service is absolutely terrible. Used to be able to hit a button and go where I needed and now it takes easily 5 minutes to get through an AI thing pretending to tap on keyboard and slowing down my day. It is among the worst AI implementations I have ever seen. AI shouldn't be used to make things harder and slower. Sorry, one star just for that.

Always a nice experience at this store. Everyone is always helpful whether I am helped at the register up front or at the pharmacy. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Never had any issues getting anything filled.
Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy for picking up even something as simple as Tylenol ( it’s literally on the shelf, that’s how bad this pharmacy is). Every time I have had a perception sent here, I’ve been met with nothing but a hard time, waiting hours after the prescription should’ve been done, and still not getting whatever at all. To the staff working on 11/24, you are worthless. After walking to the pharmacy for roughly 15 minutes, 5 hours after my prescription was sent over, the lady at the counter lied to my face, sayi... read more
