Wonderful staff, always very pleasant and helpful. Fixed the AI phone mess after my review, so owners are responsive to feedback.
Wonderful staff, always very pleasant and helpful. However, the new AI phone service is absolutely terrible. Used to be able to hit a button and go where I needed and now it takes easily 5 minutes to get through an AI thing pretending to tap on keyboard and slowing down my day. It is among the worst AI implementations I have ever seen. AI shouldn't be used to make things harder and slower. Sorry, one star just for that.
