If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible terrible pharmacy staff. One pharmacist actually got fired for giving me the WRONG medicine in the correct bottle…. Then now my 15 month old has croup and they’re out of his medicine and said to wait another 4 days so my child now has to suffer because of their lack in medicine, professionalism and the old women who does the drive thru is completely out of line when she speaks to customers. PRICES ARE JUST TOO HIGH HERE. ONLY BUY THINGS THAT ARE ON SALE, OR CLEARANCE. THE PHARMACY TAKES TOO LONG FOR PROCESSING THE PRESCRIPTIONS TOO.
This place never disappoints! Conveniently located right on Route 13 between Cortland and Ithaca. A clean, neat store. I am always able to find what I am looking for there. Friendly, kind employees and plenty of parking. Highly recommended!
Not the best kinneys but a nice location
Never had a bad experience here till now especially with the pharmacy doctor sends meds to get filled and pharmacy will not give meds if I could give zero stars I certainly would have 100% I’m definitely switching pharmacies! Kinnys is supposed to be wonderful actually the rest of the store is wonderful but the pharmacy is trash!
