The pharmacy staff is so friendly and helpful. When I had issues with my insurance, Stacy P. called my provider to see if there was anything she could do. They went above and beyond to fill my medication
The pharmacist Elizabeth is so helpful and thoughtful, You can really tell she genuinely cares.. Having watched a lot of pharmacists come and go over the years at this location I hope Kinney does something to keep this gem of a pharmacist.. Thanks Elizabeth for going above and beyond and doing an awesome job!! Ps Louie says tanks also👌
EDIT: I have recently been reintroduced to the staff here and am totally please. They saw my review and apologized and we talked. I'm very impressed with how thorough and thoughtful Elizabeth is. Thank you for caring so much about customer service! Absolute worst pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. I have felt this way for years and I’ve done to other pharmacies because of how rude the pharmacy staff is - out of convenience, I use them sometimes, when desperate. They are literally the worst.
