Friendly, personal service, caring pharmacists.
They often don’t have medication you’ve been prescribed. Their conduit to the Kinney on waterbury is cumbersome and inefficient regarding transferring prescriptions when needed. Finally, they are often under staffed.
So much for being able to go to my hometown pharmacy that's open on Sund- oh wait. They're not. Guess I'm going to Waterbury.
Very friendly and helpful employees. They have gone above and beyond to work things out with insurance and even covered $ out of their own pockets to help get meds that were needed before insurance coverage kicked in for them.
