Burt the virtual sucks. The old system would pull my profile by my phone number. Ordering refills was simple. Now I get a 20 minute argument with Burt every time I want my birth control. I usually end up having to go ask for my refill in store. Please get rid of Burt or at least give me an option to talk to an actual human. Thanks considering going elsewhere with my business. I used to even work at a Kinneys, used to be my favorite pharmacy. GET RID OF BURT. AND FILL MY PERSCRIPTION PLEASE
