As I was browsing the isles an employee,a young man, approached and greeted me. He asked if he could help me find anything and from there he became even more impressive. What a pleasant, patient, helpful young man. His name is Bill and he is the store manager. I only wish EVERY person in customer service was like him. There would be a lot more satisfied customers!! A truly genuine, caring person Bill, the manager is!!
