I’ve been using this pharmacy for years now. Lately, there’s been a lot of issues. My doctor called in a script for supplements and I was told you can buy it over the counter. Okay, but I need the info? This location never communicates anything. Overall not satisfied with this location anymore.
Not my favorite thing to leave a bad review, but the Kinney Drugs on State street is horrible. I have nothing good to say about this place at all. Everyone there, ESPECIALLY the pharmacy, is slow, rude and lazy. Don’t go here if you absolutely don’t have to!! ***** Kinneys on OWASCO IS A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!!!!!! Go there instead! *****
My 19 year old daughter, who has been dreadfully ill for 6 weeks, had emergency surgery to remove her gallbladder last night. Her prescription for Percocet was accidentally sent by the hospital to Wegmans Pharmacy instead of here, where our family gets its prescriptions since the closing of Rite-Aid.
