I have been a loyal patron of the Kinney Drugs in Essex for over three decades! The staff are great, the pharmacy staff are helpful and I can always find what I need so I don't have to run to a bigger store. Recently I purchased some OTC items for my husband. The store clerk was friendly (as they usually are) but when I got to my vehicle I realized I had grabbed the wrong item. I immediately went back in the store to exchange the item for the correct one.
