I have had a bad cough recently and needed a prescription inhaler, as well as a refill on my diabetes medication. I called at 4:45 pm to see if it was possible to get it this evening. I was hoping to get the inhaler. The pharmacist said he’d have it ready in 20 minutes. I know the pharmacy can be busy and usually might be the next day to fill prescriptions Really appreciate the quick turnaround thanks.
Some of the pharmacy workers really enjoy talking trash about their customers. I get it. Your job is easy, boring, and you get paid big bucks for it. Common trend with pharmacies these days is they take their sweet time with filling prescriptions and treat you like trash even when the store's are empty.
I’m not sure if I feel comfortable keeping Kinney as my primary pharmacy. I asked to speak with a pharmacist about my new prescription. Generally speaking I can’t take 1st and 2nd generation anti-histamines and I had concerns about taking my new prescription because it’s considered an anti-histamine. The pharmacist seemed completely unaware of drug classes and told me my medication wasn’t an anti-histamine when it in fact was.
