I’m very happy with Kinney Drugs in Hinesburg and moved my prescriptions there years ago, even though my work puts me in close proximity to other brands and locations. It’s a super convenient place to get vaccinations and the Pharmacists are top notch.
I’m sorry but I absolutely dread calling the pharmacy to check n a prescription. With the exception of the nice gentleman, the women are always so rude and act like they wish they were dead and that your call is the worst thing that’s happened to them all week. I get that they are understaffed but you are actually in a service position so maybe you could try to be at least a tiny bit polite? I’d prefer another pharmacy but unfortunately this one is very close.
Just moved to Vermont and called this store to find out about a prescription and was treated rudely because I didn't know it was closed for lunch. Instead of saying they were closed I was told by a woman she was only going to say it once so listen carefully, pharmacy was closed for lunch and to call back in 30 minutes.. wow
