Friendly, patient, courteous staff. Nice small town "feel". Easy transition of Rx's when I relocated here. PCP's office has no complaints. Any insurance issues that arise, they take care of if my PCP's office doesn't.
Do NOT order photo prints from here! I ordered a print and the bottom was cut off even though the mngr said it was ordered and cropped correctly online. He said it happens ALL THE TIME and they can't do anything about it. Refused to do anything about it and tossed my refund at me. BAD SERVICE TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCT!
I've loved Kinney's for decades. Clerks are always courteous and helpful. The store is clean without blaring music or offensive odors. Plus, utilizing their Thrive card program really saves money!
Between the Drs office and kinneys in Clayton there were 4 mess ups trying to get my clients new medicine. The head pharmacist (older lady) was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I was asking the lady cashing me out about the renewal of another med she said just give her the med and get her out of here!! I was shocked by her behavior!! This is not the first time she was rude to me. Way to treat your customers. Can someone finally do something about her. There are many complaints.
