I've been a customer for decades wouldn't go anywhere else . I've had bad experiences with other national chains while traveling in the past 12 years . Always glad to get my prescriptions filled when I return ,even used the snowbird refill program with great results . New employees need to pay attention to the more experienced employees as they enter the workforce there ,seems like they have no customer relation training or they don't care as they don't plan on making a long term commitment to Kinney Drugs .
