Stuck on hold for 10 minutes just trying to check the status of prescription get my phone call answered again. Ask if I can be put on hold again incompetent unprofessional this is what happens when you hire children
This is the 3rd time the pharmacy said my prescriptions were ready when they were not. I've been going to this pharmacy for nearly 20 years without issue until 6 months ago. I write this so someone can fix this or they will lose a customer.
