Showed up 1 minute before pharmacy closed. I went to drive thru praying they still had window open, they did not. However, they heard me at the window and reopened it. Neither the clerk nor the pharmacist were rude about the situation and they were both super & extra helpful regarding the prescription and how to use it. Great customer care. Love to see it, keep it up.
Some of the associates are unbelievably rude. I get it, life can be challenging, but this place really needs to ensure their staff treats customers nicely.
The cashier, Daniel. I think his last name is Henkle, has made disparaging remarks about my wife’s appearance. There was a few ways to address this, and I feel this avenue would be the appropriate way to avoid doing something irresponsible.
Kinney store 90 in Fulton NY is toxic work environment for anyone working there. I've put up with it longer than I should have.. I would not recommend working here..they bully the workers because they feel it's ok .. I am quiting today, have seen others quit because of this treatment. I am now under Dr care because of them. Sarah and Nicole should not be in charge,they need further training..
