The Pharmacists and techs here have been, consistently, kind, professional and helpful!
Convenient, efficient pharmacy with great customer service/communication, pleasant/helpful/knowledgeable staff and locally/employee owned. All pluses in my book. We changed to Kinney when our dissatisfaction with the large, corporate drugstore near us (particularly with the pharmacy) was more than we were willing to accept. Guess they finally closed for a reason. Can’t say enough good things about the difference. Thanks Kinney!
How can a pharmacy close from 1:00-1:30 for lunch? Can’t rotate? Poor management decision.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This specific location is awful. I waited in the drive thru line behind ONE car for 14 minutes, to then wait at the window for 5 mins and not even get acknowledged by an employee...I wouldn't be as pissed off about this situation had someone atleast given me the common courtesy of acknowledging me and letting me know they'd be right with me...but to make a customer feel completely ignored after they've already been waiting a fair share of time, is completely unprofessional and awful custo... read more
