I rarely take prescription meds, but, I recently had surgery and require some meds. After being driven from Syracuse to Mexico, having had 35 staples removed, I was told my order would be 25 minutes. Instead of going home, we drove around and came back later. Of all the times I've needed medication, I was disappointed in the wait.
The Pharmacists and techs here have been, consistently, kind, professional and helpful!
Convenient, efficient pharmacy with great customer service/communication, pleasant/helpful/knowledgeable staff and locally/employee owned. All pluses in my book. We changed to Kinney when our dissatisfaction with the large, corporate drugstore near us (particularly with the pharmacy) was more than we were willing to accept. Guess they finally closed for a reason. Can’t say enough good things about the difference. Thanks Kinney!
