The customer service here is outstanding! The Pharmacist’s are caring and knowledgeable. The front end staff are also outstanding.
If I could leave 0 I would. 4 times in a row over the last couple of months my prescriptions have not been filled correctly. I was shown on Friday by my doctor that my prescription is being sent over correctly, but every time I go to pick it up at Kinneys, I am never given what was sent over. I was told by one person it is an insurance issue, another person said it was a glitch in the system. I was told just now that the needles I need are in the system as my prescribed needle and they have it on hand but I couldn’t receive ... read more
