Courtney, the Pharmacist, is absolutely amazing! She went way above and beyond when my doctor’s office dropped the ball on refilling my prescription. She is extremely competent and compassionate. Much appreciated 😊
We were immediately greeted by DJ (supervisor). I'm sure he felt our frustration, however we never felt his. He went above and beyond in our eyes. He simply said " I'll make that call for you, it's our policy" After my husband had already called western union and spoke to someone 3 times. Let me add this was 40 mins before closing and he was training another employee. DJ not only made us feel as valued customers, he had to call back to ensure the transaction was processed correctly.
