Terrible communication on an eviction case. Do not recommend.
Kinney is worthless when it comes to defence. He will reschedule multiple times in hopes that they offer a deal just to get it done and never hear him again, that's what multiple people are saying here and on forums. You are gonna have a better chance if you defend yourself, because at this point he doesn't have a good reputation in any court he's been to.
