If I could give zero stars I would. If you have a family or children who want to workout do not let them do it here. The owners will defend creeps in the locker room and you make you feel like the problem if you make a complaint. They do not deserve your money.
You can get better amenities for half the price at pretty much any other gym chain. The equipment is outdated and does not get repaired. The entire facility also smells strongly of over-chlorinated pool water. It’s also nearly impossible to cancel your membership with them; I am positive they are only still in business by charging non active members. Save the $60/mo and go literally anywhere else
all front desk staff are incompetent and rude, never had a good experience with anyone
This gym is the best! So many classes to try out and the staff is amazing! The gym is nice and clean. The sauna is the best after a hard workout.
I have training at this Kinnelon Sport and Fitness Club since the gym changed ownership from NYSC. (Was a member at NYSC since pre opening membership drive) The new ownership has made so many improvements since the NYSC days when everything was getting worn out. Best of all the equipment is always working now. If something breaks they fix it . The owners seem to really care. If something is wrong it’s not for their lack of effort.
