all front desk staff are incompetent and rude, never had a good experience with anyone
This gym is the best! So many classes to try out and the staff is amazing! The gym is nice and clean. The sauna is the best after a hard workout.
I have training at this Kinnelon Sport and Fitness Club since the gym changed ownership from NYSC. (Was a member at NYSC since pre opening membership drive) The new ownership has made so many improvements since the NYSC days when everything was getting worn out. Best of all the equipment is always working now. If something breaks they fix it . The owners seem to really care. If something is wrong it’s not for their lack of effort.
