I rented a Prince Charles formal kilt outfit for a gala onboard the Royal Scotsman train. Working only through email between the US and Scotland, the process was seamless. The sales rep, Fraser, gathered all the information needed and the outfit was on the train when I arrived as promised. The fit was perfect and the quality was impeccable. Thank you!

What an unpleasant experience. Went in as a group of minorities (Asian and disabled) and the man working at the shop was snobbish, unpleasant, and couldn’t wait to leave. As much heritage as the place has, and as beautiful the items are, it’s such a pity that this is the quality of service there.
