They don't fix anything I have mold under my sink and around my Windows The fire extinguishers are all out of date. It took two weeks to cover the burns on the wall after the wire fire. My fan in the bathroom is still not working after turning it in 3 times on paper. Fire alarms kept going off at least 5 times a day. No one knew why either until we spotted smoke from melted wiring days after. People were in danger and they said it's no big deal. CEPCO management is not very caring about their renters.
