I only gave her one star due to their not being a 0-star option. Not only is Mrs. Kinkead extremely rude, unprofessional, and moody, but u can clearly tell how bitter and jaded she is towards younger people(she’s like 75 I think). I hired her before I knew any of this. She was doing such a horrible job in my situation that I told her that her services were no longer needed, and went elsewhere. Paid her to put in a motion to determine a portion of military pension on my behalf. She did not put in any motion on my behalf and stopped answering my calls. I left messages asking her to contact me and sent several emails, and I have not heard from her. Very dishonest for someone to do that to anyone.
