Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in helping me recover from a horrific accident. He’s very personable and made workouts enjoyable.
I’ve been in/out of PT for years with knees and back issues. Had to take a kid here some back issues as well. It was a weird vibe from the start. There was never anyone at the front desk to schedule with, always had to do it online or over the phone. We gave them our card information in March of ‘24. We then got charged a few hundred dollars in July of ‘25. No warning. We tried to setup a payment plan last March only to have them send us a credit card application. Dr. Thomas Nguyen is a great PT! He listened to all I had to say and worked with me on my exercises. I believe it made a tremendous difference with my recovery. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing physical therapy.
I have used Kinito twice over the past year, for rehabilitation of my shoulders and a bicep. I’ve been impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was, from admin staff all the way up to the owner. My physical therapists were both doctoral level providers who were clearly knowledgeable and excited to work with me, and my improvements have been immense.
