I had a good experience at this clinic. Connor was great and really helped with my TMJ symptoms. I did run into a billing/communication issue regarding my insurance though. It was eventually resolved, but I had to press the issue a few times for a fair outcome. So while my experience wasn't perfect, it seems like they are open to learning from mistakes. That plus the good service is worthy of 4 stars in my book. I will be back if I need therapy in the future!
Dr. Connor is an amazing DPT. He was Thorough and took his time to understand and establish my care plan. I came in feeling broken and body hurting and left feeling extremely fixed. Thanks to Kinito physical therapy.
I was referred to Kinnitos and it was the best experience. Dr. Nguyen was always very accommodating and professional. Always made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns.
Doctor Grayson and his Physical Therapy team are terrific! It is a rare gift when members of the medical profession are not only patient caring and patient centric but also excellent in their skill sets. I continue to look forward to my next manual therapy session with Dr. Grayson. Thanks for the gift!
