After I broke my wrist, Shay was incredibly helpful in equipping me with flexibility and strength exercises to gain mobility back! The KINISI environment is extremely personable, warm, friendly, fun, positive, and knowledgeable - the journey back from an injury can be frustrating and long, but in working with Shay, every step felt like progress!
I really recommend Kinisi to anyone looking for better PT for their pain management. I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for the past year, and after just two visits with Jason at Kinisi, already noticed a 50–60% improvement. Jason took the time to really understand the root of my pain and providing treatment and exercises targeting that. Great local PT group. I worked with Justin Cormier on a torn bicep and a sore back and he really helped me out with both. Knowledgeable and easy to work with - would highly recommend.
My daughter went to Kinisi after a hamstring injury during high school soccer season; the whole experience was incredible positive, with them going out of their way to accommodate our busy schedule, the welcoming atmosphere, and the positive outcome. I would definitely go back if another injury arises!
Justin was a great physical therapist! He helped a lot with my post surgery recovery, and constantly checked in with me to ensure I was completing the exercises correctly. He was very patient and listened to any concerns I had. Highly recommend!
