My Physical Therapist Dominique Chaves at Kinisi was great to work with. She understood my doctor’s reports and X-rays and accordingly worked with me on different exercises to strengthen my neck and surrounding area. I am now pain and symptom free. She is methodical, patient, and shares the exercises with videos which helped me work on my own at home.
Justin and the entire team at this physical therapy office have been outstanding. One of my daughters worked with Justin after a foot stress fracture, and he guided her rehab perfectly—she was able to return to basketball stronger and more confident. My other daughter participates in their female athlete injury-prevention class, which has been excellent for building strength, stability, and awareness. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in their patients. Highly recommend.
The therapist we worked with was great, but there was an error made with our insurance authorization for billing which they didn't notify me until it was too late to fix easily, about until 3 months after treatment had ended. It made for a terrible headache for us to deal with. They were rude, dishonest, difficult to work with, and tried to tell me I had to pay out of pocket instead of being understanding and helping me to try to work out the insurance issues.
