Kinikin Processing is the best processor around! We travel from Hotchkiss to take our beef! It is the only processor I will use within a 80 mile radius of Hotchkiss! They are helpful,, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. They are also one of the few processors that will let me see any part of the process I want, including seeing my beef hanging. We know that when we use Kinikin we are going to get OUR animal, exactly how we want it.
