Horrible place. Not for the patients..horrible towards their work force. Peolpe that have worked there for years + say their expansion was money driven. The things my friends go thru working there are NOT good! They hire horrible for the leadership positions. Watch their staffing and the unhappy nurse staff. HR folks are not kind in my opinion. Need kind and HR people that refect the heart of the United Mehodist church...or basic Christian care and ethics.
Best things about Kingswood were its residents and employees. They truly cared about each other. More innovation and the willingness to change, would be to their advantage. Great experience for me, though.

My mother had surgery and went here because Medicare didn't cover whole Hospital stay to recover/rehabilitation. Staff was okay until I get a phonecall telling me that my mother had pulled out one of the Drainage tubes out of her body? I asked my mother if this was the case but she said no.the following day I asked the charge nurse what happened the nurses wouldn't give me an answer as to why this actually happened or why this couldn't have been prevented??
