Good bunch of lads but unfortunately takes days even weeks to get back to you. Some days didn't even turn up.
Great experience from start to finish. Good design ideas, pricing very competitive and work force were hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble for the occasional design tweaks as the project got underway. Thrilled with the finished results and will look forward to relaxing in my new garden this summer. Thank you to Josh and the team.
The guy came round to look at the garden and said he'd pop the quote round and then we heard nothing for a week and a half. I then messaged him to ask how the quote was going and he messaged me back next day to say he'd pop it round in a couple of days and we've heard nothing since! VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! 👎
They didn't turn up when they said they will. Finally turned up three days later without an apology. We didn't get a quote, said they will post it to us and never heard back! Very unprofessional.
