I have been a doing facials for the last 10 years and never experienced this kind of service before. I had a horrible experience here.🤢 There was constant pressure to upsell additional services and the attitude changed once I said I was using a Groupon 🤣 The facial itself lasted only about 20 minutes, and the lady (“esthetician”) kept saying she couldn’t work more than 7 minutes per person bc to some “New York rule” which didn’t make sense. I’ve been a consistent client since 2021 when they were on Kings Hwy, and come here specifically for colonics. Recently, the experience has declined. I’ve repeatedly received unsolicited comments about face “imperfections” and attempts to upsell services I did not ask for.
