Very heart broken how they handled me. 25-30% of their new business was from me. & my referral word of mouth ..Heck 11 people who 5 star reviewed them is because I told them too! 19 of their followers on Instagram is from me alone! Not saying the services aren’t great but the customer service needs to improve big time. The talking in between services the language barrier, the changing of prices. Wow what a great experience with Nelly at Lavish Lab! It was the best facial I’ve had. She’s so nice and does such a good job. Really recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful facial.
