Harriet was brilliant, very knowledgeable and thorough in her job. Happy with the service and would recommend.
Not impressed at all no reception , level of service not adequate in my opinion from my experience ., I saw someone a few weeks ago and now I saw someone else as the one I saw originally was away . I asked hom if he would email me the exercises while I was there as last time he tried severely times and it wasn’t working until finally it did . But this guy said we all work differently you should receive them by Friday !i need them now not Friday ! I couldn’t understand his behaviour . I left .
My client needed quite intensive hand physio after a grisly injury and we couldn't believe how quickly they managed to arrange that for her. The staff are friendly, informative, patient and generous. They made a difficult situation much easier and we are really grateful to them. Also the location is easy to access with excellent parking, which always helps, and the rooms are all ground level which minimises the amount of walking for those with mobility challenges.
