Kingsway Express have the best costumer services. There team is professional and truly amazing to work with and they will full-fill any demand and work you need on time. I will HIGHLY recommend Kingsway express services.
Do not trust them on appointment based pick ups, they will lie about their estimated time of arrival and then cancel and not return your calls as to why
Stay away from this company! They completely screwed up my shipment! Beware!
If you have appointment pickups do not use them, no showed their appointments and lied about their ETA the entire time so we had no chance to recover this
We had an appointment set with Express and they continued to say that they'd be there however, time passed and they still weren't there but still promised to get there. They then just didn't answer the phone for a good while, and then called and cancelled the load. Would give 0 stars. They are super unprofessional
