Do not trust them on appointment based pick ups, they will lie about their estimated time of arrival and then cancel and not return your calls as to why

If you have appointment pickups do not use them, no showed their appointments and lied about their ETA the entire time so we had no chance to recover this

We had an appointment set with Express and they continued to say that they'd be there however, time passed and they still weren't there but still promised to get there. They then just didn't answer the phone for a good while, and then called and cancelled the load. Would give 0 stars. They are super unprofessional

Terrible service We booked a load to pickup for 8:00am in Windsor to Chatham. Called and spoke to dispatch at 7:30am and advised driver will be in to load between 8:15am and 8:30am. We call back at 8:30 and we were advised they need another 10 Minutes to call the driver so we then call back and they said should be there by 9:00am. 9:00am comes and goes and we then get an email from their dispatch saying Cancelled Load and no response.
