I was in need of a new crank arm for a MTB in short time (which is a tall ask in Cambridge, a town oriented towards road cyclists) and the gentlemen at Kingsway Cycles came to my rescue - with a smile too. They told me that theirs is one of the last independent cycle shops in town, and I would encourage anyone in need of a service, repair or a new bike to stop by and visit.
Fantastic local bike shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable team in the workshop. Brought my bike in to have the gears looked at and had it back a couple of hours later after phoning ahead to see if they could fit me in. Top notch customer service, I’ll definitely be back.
Originally purchased my bicycle from this spot 3+ years ago, and I’m so glad I have. Their maintenance is thorough, they always have a good way of explaining things, and I’ve popped by for a few issues and they’re always happy to help (if not completely busy).

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Helped with finding an old receipt that I had lost after purchasing a bike back in may. Quick and efficient service. Polite and hardworking men. Best bike shop in Cambridge. Definitely recommend.
