Originally purchased my bicycle from this spot 3+ years ago, and I’m so glad I have. Their maintenance is thorough, they always have a good way of explaining things, and I’ve popped by for a few issues and they’re always happy to help (if not completely busy).

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Helped with finding an old receipt that I had lost after purchasing a bike back in may. Quick and efficient service. Polite and hardworking men. Best bike shop in Cambridge. Definitely recommend.
Hottest day of the year so far, chain came off my huge heavy cargo bike and I couldn’t get it back on. Went to Kingsway and the lovely guy inside dropped everything despite being incredibly busy and fixed it plus tightened the back wheel fixture so it wouldn’t happen again. Bike was good in five mins, and I was so grateful. Thank you, highly recommend.
