Absolutely brilliant customer service. Helped with finding an old receipt that I had lost after purchasing a bike back in may. Quick and efficient service. Polite and hardworking men. Best bike shop in Cambridge. Definitely recommend.
Hottest day of the year so far, chain came off my huge heavy cargo bike and I couldn’t get it back on. Went to Kingsway and the lovely guy inside dropped everything despite being incredibly busy and fixed it plus tightened the back wheel fixture so it wouldn’t happen again. Bike was good in five mins, and I was so grateful. Thank you, highly recommend.
Brilliant experience at Kingsway cycles. Very good value for money and the guys worked hard to repair my very problematic bike using second hand parts to keep costs down. I will come back without hesitation and recommend widely.
