This place is highway robbery!!! They charge $137.50 for black maple 22 live rosin that is available at another dispensary close by for $59.50. Please check prices before you buy

I just want to know how they get away with those prices. BC smalls is typically $21.99 at most places. Why is it $29.99 here? Everything is priced higher than any other dispensary in the city, which is crazy given the area and the many other dispensaries in the area with way more competitive pricing. I live less than 10 minutes from this place and I would drive as far as poco before going here.
Do not order from this store via Ubereats or any other delivery platform. They will accept your order right away but then take over an hour before even attempting to fulfill it. I had specifically chosen this store over the others because it had a 15 minute delivery time only for me having to cancel the order via Ubereats support after waiting over an hour and I was about to leave the location that I had set for my delivery (my place of work).
