Great for seniors 50 and older. Lots of activities every week day. Lunch, exercise classes, Travel group.
The center's creative atmosphere. There is always something to do for everyone! The kindness of the Staff is trully healing. They are always engaged with the people and ready to help. Yet, my favorite part are the classes! Love the yoga classes for my age and paying attention to my bone issues. When I had my knee injury I joined the Chair Yoga class. To my surprise it was very enjoyable and very helpful! The Center is the Happy Place for many of us...even if we dont make it in for 915am class every day!😊❤
