For some of us, getting a massage can be very anxiety inducing, for various reasons. I had none of that here! The atmosphere is wonderful and very safe! I felt quite at ease! They very obviously care about your comfort. I was, very gently, asked my preference for the light level and the room temperature. I was absolutely delighted to learn that the table was HEATED.
