Mother is in long term care at Kingston. She is very well taken care of. The nurse on duty is very attentive as well as the nurse’s aid. She is always showered, given her meals on time and seen from all staff daily and evening. There are activities, pet therapy and outdoor activities we love.
As Social worker in an elder law firn, we have had several families at Kingston, and they have been pleased with the care. We find them easy to work with.
I’ll be the one to say it! If you work agency & is African American do not pick up at the facility through IntelyCare! When you walk in to the facility approaching the nursing station being that this was my first time at this facility the nurse said “Get report from the aids down the hall.” Unprofessional greeting! Got report then assignment was switched 10mins later. Didn’t get proper report for the next assignment I got switched to so I just answered call lights & put patients to bed then was asked to go help on another ha... read more
Very disappointed in the care that my 83 year old father received. Bed sores that came from neglect. Falling out of his chair daily from neglect. While I do understand the term rehabilitation, this was anything but rehabilitation. Do better with your facility.
Well, since my loved one has now passed, let me tell you about her experience at Kingston Rehab. From aides/nurses never answering the call light to feeding my loved one food they were not supposed to eat. Letting her sit there, untold how many times, and letting her go to the bathroom on herself. I would never, ever even recommend this place for my dog, let alone another family member. PT, great.
