One star is too much. I was Released from Cleveland Clinic on 12/22 (after 8hr surgery & 10 day post-op stay) to go to rehab facility. I was transported to the Vermilion Kingston behind Drug Mart. It was around 10pm and no one was at the reception desk. The furnishings in my room were very old. First night there, I woke up & needed to go to the bathroom. I had an excellent experience with this skilled nursing facility. The nursing staff was attentive, patient, and consistently communicated updates about our client's care. Therapists worked closely with him and we saw real improvement week after week. The building was clean, meals were appropriate for dietary needs, and the administration was easy to work with. My husband's grandma was at Kingston of Vermilion for physical therapy after breaking her leg. She loved the therapy team, especially Rosa! The staff took great care of her and she's even gone back for outpatient therapy after discharging home!
