I don't even give them a 1 star rating even though i had to just so i could post this .My mom was put in there and they left her in her room didn't go in and check on her... her food would be put in there and she didn't eat they left her sit and lay in her wet clothes... my mom wasn't coherent at all and they should have known something was wrong. They work with people everyday so they knew and yet they chose to do nothing... well never again will one of my family members be put in there... shame on you people
absolutely terrible !!! my grandmother fractured her femur, this place did nothing. took over THREE HOURS to respond to a call light. wouldn’t give her , her medication. she would get up and do things on her because they wouldn’t come and help her FOR HOURS which led to many accidents. so called nurses would talk crap about one another in front of my grandma not doing their job. do you think she’s deaf ?!?! would talk in slang to her , hello she’s EIGHTY SIX. please please please don’t waste your time and money on this place... read more
If you haven't visited Kingston of Ashland for yourself, I encourage you to do so! The facility is always clean, doesn't smell like you would imagine your typical nursing home to smell, and has a very home like atmosphere. They always have events for residents, their families and the community that I encourage you to go to, even if you don't have a loved one there. Everyone is always helpful, friendly, and pleasant to talk to.
Kingston Of Ashland has a nice professional caring staff. I have seen the staff in action and would have my family members admit here when they need long term care and or rehab. Kingston Of Ashland has all the resources for a successful outcome for all residents such as case managers, social services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and have telehealth abilities for specialty cares. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. Always such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff and residents are happy and always smiling.
