Empty as it should be. Terrible idea to have a free park and ride and not have a free park and ride for the commuter rail
Parking lot is close to exit 10, with lots of decent retail options (grocery store, package, etc) nearby. The added convenience of doing a quick grocery store run before heading home each day is great.
