I visited David Jacobs today. Had reservations about "para professionals" (my term) beforehand but he knows his stuff & delivers excellent advice in friendly, professional manner. Very happy to recommend him for anyone with hand problems.
Avoid. If they can't get their booking system to work, why would you trust them with your health? Twice in a row they stuffed up my appointment. First was when I turned up to an appointment to find out the doctor had been sick all week (I was there on a Thursday). No warning or message prior to arrival. They rescheduled for the following Monday but when I turned up to that appointment, there was nothing in their 'system'. Make a appointment with David , without letting me know I get his assistant Tom , not happy at all about this and very disappointed
David and his team are wonderful. Highly skilled and knowledgable, whilst at the same time possessing the real ability to understand and care (something that is often missing with professionals). I have CRPS which is an extremely painful, complex and difficult condition to treat, without Kingston Hand Therapy I would have been lost. In short David is awesome and I am indebted to him for the improvements made.
