PLEASE do not believe them when they say they will take care of someone for the rest of their lives! Our family asked AT LEAST 5 times whether this could be a permanent move, only to find out that they DO NOT honor any dietary restrictions UNLESS the person is on hospice! And now they KEEP ON CHARGING, sending bills, even though our family member has been gone for 7 weeks! NO ONE answers questions about billing! I've called AT LEAST 7 times! NO ONE returns calls. ...in addition to my prior review, It appears from other sources that Kingston care may have weakened since prior reviews from longer ago. My family's and my review is based on our sister's "nightmare" in January, 2023.

BEWARE!! My sister's experience with Kingston was a "nightmare," she says. We, her family, believe she has proof . She came in with ortho problems and 4 days later was so much sicker that she begged to me and others, "Get me out of here." My sister experienced what she called a constant "nightmare" during her stay at Kingston Rehab. She also reported: "one great PT stood out because he was the ONLY caregiver at a level I would want caring for any loved ones.+ And "call lights repeatedly ignored and responded to so late it created humiliation, a wet bed and she, unable to walk and with lifelong dwarfism, reported a threat from a caregiver that she would "put her in diapers because they couldn't keep coming in to help her bathroom."
