Purchased the solid teak Tuscany outdoor dining set made by Kingsley-Bate and within 6 months the finish began to chip off in large sections. I reached out to the store where I purchased it (Greenfront in Manassas) and directly to Kingsley-Bate and both were unresponsive and unhelpful. Very disappointing. I expected better quality and better service from a company that sells furniture at this price point.
In October 202, I ordered outdoor furniture from Kingsley Bate. At the time the local vendor said I should not expect delivery before March or April of 2022. I understood the supply chain delays all vendors were experiencing at the time and was OK with the estimated delivery date. Well April, May, June, July and August came and went. When I reached out to Kingsley Bates their customer service was awful. The said the delays were not their problem, they would not deal with me and referred me to the local vendor.
