Bad Customer Service If I could I would leave no stars!!!!! This is the worst charter bus company that we have ever reserved. We had booked many charter buses in the past and never had I talk to someone with such rude management. The driver was great and the bus was appropriate, but the management is unacceptable. We had two buses and ended only taking one since the second one was late. When we called management the service was horrible.
