I can forgive a few late schedules but it’s gotten to the point that they may as well throw the whole schedule out the window if they have no efficient way to stick to it. Never on time, and even at times so ridiculously late that they’re over an hour late

I had a one star review here for a bad experience last year however I'm changing it to 5 stars right now because of the excellent customer service and compassion I received from a lady named Kelly. Also, Paul is so outstandingly kind and without a doubt my favorite driver. One of many who bring a big smile to my face when I get on the bus and see them behind the wheel 😊

I was shocked as the bus had driven right by me as I was sitting at a bus stop in Wolfville. After I called to complain, she reviewed the dash cam footage, confirmed what I told her and told me that th cab that I now have to take to get to work would be paid for.

The buses are always late and the bus drivers don’t say Hi, they are very rude and disrespectful and they take long breaks during service even though they already one hour or more late. Also the smell in the is often very bad and strong while the policy say no smoking on the bus. Lots of the time passengers get on the bus drunk or under effects of drugs.
