Very disappointed with the fish Dept. Called twice to inquire about if the had fresh lobster meat. I finally went and they show me frozen lobster mean and tails. I then asked how about I pick a few fresh lobster from your tank, have them steamed and cleaned. The man said everything to discourage me from doing that...why ?? Because he was simply lazy!! I ended up going to Nicholas market in Washington township and they did it all with a smile!!! NEVER AGAIN

Cynthia Clark Just had the worst experience at Customer Service at King's Hillsdale. Everyone else at King's is so great, but this Customer Service employee will make me think long and hard before returning. If the pricing is incorrect and you are trying to tell the Customer Service woman the advertised price, you should NOT be instructed to go back outside to the store foyer and get the flyer in order to tell the Customer Service woman what the advertised price is before KIng's is willing to honor the price they advertised.
