I placed an order online on April 11th, 2020. I understand during this time and the COVID-19 is playing a big impact with businesses. But I received my order and it was incorrect. I have left multiple emails and phone calls to the numbers and email that was in my email from King’s of Vapor on how to contact them. I bought 10 pods and got the incorrect ones so I can’t use the ones they delivered to me and wanted my money back or to exchange the pods for the ones I wanted and paid for that is on my order summary. I mostly order through their website since the closest for me is about an hour away. I wish their website worked slightly better, but it does the trick. Wish they carried more products especially in the coil category on their website. Their juices are exceptional.

I've seen a lot of vape shops in the area and very few true Tobacco Harm Reduction retailers. Kings of Vapor has taken time to curate quality products and train their staff to really shine in OH as the premier eVapor retailer. I have talked to several staff members and management and the experience has always been helpful and professional. We need more stores like this that actually care about their customers. Thank you for more than a few positive customer experiences.

Terrible people, terrible owner, and overall a horrible experience. The employees are all rude and just ignore you when you walk in. If you are not an avid Vapor or have a bunch of money to spend you are not worth their time. They do not want to spend the time to educate you on what you are buying. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I've been going to KOV for about a year now. All my experiences have been positive in every way. I purchased a mod that failed after three days of use. I returned the mod to KOV, and the mod was replaced with a new mod without question. I've watched the team work with some very difficult customers, doing what they can to please them, but if the customer doesn't have the receipts or it's obvious the item has been abused, KOV shouldn't be held responsible.
