The last two times I have ordered cartridges from this company online and they have not shipped as many as I ordered. I have tried to contact them and they blocked my email. Incompetency at it's worst.

Wish I didnt even have to give them 1 star the last 3 vapes Ive bought have all been defective they tell me they cant do anything about it and the last 4 battery packs Ive bought have lasted maybe a month if that so done giving this business my hard earned money Im pissed!!!

I am definitely not happy with this company I think it's a scam and a fraud because they're sitting there having all these companies listed under other things and then they're not actually able to contact those stores based on their websites and then also they each store and each state has its own BBB profile which is a little interesting because they all have the same name and they're all ran under the same website based on some of the other reviews I've read. Visited the Norton store on 7/2/21 for the first time after seeing a billboard that they carry Delta 8 products. I had been in the area visiting family and stopped since I normally purchase these products online and was hoping for a local retailer to fit my needs. The clerk in the store was AWESOME and helped by listening to my needs and recommending which product would suit me best (this review has nothing to do with her - she gets 5 stars from me!) I recently visited the store and purchased two Hyde “one” for about $25 a piece. I spent $50 in total. I took them both home and waited the recommended 10 minutes after pulling the coil tab to try. Both of these vapes have a absolutely awful burning taste. I called the store and went in and I was told that there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been shopping here for a while but I’m going to change to another store if this isn’t resolved.
