I went to return 3 vapes that I bought. They were gifts and I was told they couldn't charge them. The guy there obviously knows everything about every charging block out there. They used an old block (NOT A SUPER FAST CHARGING ONE LIKE THEY SAID NOT TO USE) but since it was a phone charger block period they wouldn't take them back. The POS things don't hold a charge at all. Almost 4 years ago I walked into this shop, and walked out with a beginners vape pen, and began my journey as a non smoker!!! I’ve upgraded to mod and stick devices since then, but have have maintained my non smoker status!!! The staff is always super friendly and very helpful!!! I am happier and healthier, and although I’ve tried juices from other stores, I have yet to find any that are as good as KOV’s!!! Shelbys V2 is my all time favorite!!! Thank you Kings of Vapor, you honestly saved my life!!!

So 3 days ago my son spent 70 dollars in this store on a new E cig. Now the tank is leaking and these morons wont stand behind their products. They are telling him it inst a manufacturers defect without even looking at it. They wont replace it so we wont patronize the store any more and will advise others not too. Come on 3 days and the junk you sell breaks and you wont stand behind it?????
